1. Orders & acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation for cash on delivery). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

2. Products

As every item is handcrafted, slight variations in design, colour and decoration may occur. Props and accessories shown in images are for presentation only and are not part of the delivered product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Since products are perishable, delivery is attempted once at the address you provide. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. See our Delivery Information for details.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, images and text — belongs to Chefose and may not be used without permission.
